Jonathan has a degree in Labor Relations, graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA); he is also a Certified International Coach from The International Coach Federation (ICF). He began his Professional career at organizations linked to social-educative areas, such as Sociedad Hebraica Argentina and “Martín Buber” high school, developing many responsibilities related to (no-formal) education area and the coordination of community leaders.
Later, he performed in the corporate world, fulfilling a wide number of positions within Tenaris Corporate University (Grupo Techint). He implemented some projects towards professional staff and union workers about Talent management: global policies and procedures, boards and management indicators, training effectiveness assessment, training management systems, tool designing and educational methodologies, and so on and so forth.
Similarly, he performed as a teacher in the college graduate area (Universidad de Buenos Aires) and as corporate coach in themes related to Human resources and leadership capabilities. He is currently a member of the teaching team in Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (UCES).
Esteban has a degree in Business Administration (UBA) and a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Management Development (Universidad Católica Argentina UCA). He started his professional career in 2005 and during 2006 he joint Telecom through Junior Professionals Program to perform as a Key Account Manager in Key clients Area, managing one of the top-three Telecom portfolios built up by the greatest retail chain.
He continued his development in American Express as Global Account Manager in Global Commercial Card Department being in charge of the main important account at global level for American Express Argentina and LATAM: Grupo Techint. He was in charge of managing the negotiation process of the global agreement signed in 2011.
During the last 3 years he performed as Business Line Director for Adecco Professional, the area specialized in the commercialization and recruiting of professionals, middle and higher management. He cooperated with the structure start up and its positioning related to the political base, communication, segmentation and pricing. He managed directly the recruitment process of general managers, managers and directors of Human Resources, financial Managers and directors, etc.
Diego has a bachelor degree in Marketing (FAE) – and he has always been developing and improving his profile in the commercial area. He started his professional career as IT Account Manager Corporate in 2000, gathering knowledge and obtaining certifications fom Microsoft, Cisco y HP among many others. During 2007, he became Product Manager Hewlett Packard and Xerox with a strong stress in team management and marketing actions.
Later, he performed as Account Manager Corporate for Microsoft in Argentina operating agreements and Enterprise Agreement, Select y Open Value either at National level and international level. In late 2009 he entered Adecco Argentina and he performed as Director of Great accounts foods and beverages (KAM) and Director of the main headquarters in Argentina for seven years. He was in charge of marketing the recruitment process, temporary staff, payroll, training and HR outsourcing.
He holds certifications about advisory sales, effective negotiation, negotiating inwards and outwards (Escuela de Negocios), commercial area (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella) among many others.

Julieta is an accountant graduated in UADE with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from the University of Palermo. Her professional training focuses on the human resources soft areas having worked in both first level selection consultants and multinational service companies.
In 2012 she joined Adecco Profesional as Sr Recruiter to lead the search and selection processes of professionals, middle managers and managers. She participated in the entire process under the modality 360, managing the relationship with the candidate, as well as with the client to advise and guide him in the search for talent.
She then continued her professional development at the “Big Four” KPMG studio as the Head of Selection leading the entire recruiting team. Coordinated and followed all the selection processes for all the professional positions of the firm. He also was in charge of implementing strategies and actions to attract the best profile oriented to corporate business.

Daniela has a degree in Psychology (Instituto Grecolatino) and she is currently attending a Master in Human Recourses Management (Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales UCES ). She has obtained several certifications, the most important: ISO 9001:2008 as internal auditor, and she also attended “Programa de Formación de Ejecutivos de Atracción del Talento” (LIMRA) (Manager Training program guided to talent hunting).
The last 2 years she has been performing as Recruitment and Selection Manager in an important assurance company (GNP) in Mexico. She began her professional career in a domestic company of food manufacture, training herself in Human Recourses Management and Selection mainly. She continued her career in Human Recourses areas for the main global companies, working in talent hunting as her core strength with more than 7 year-experience, where she developed the following skills: interviews by capabilities, application and interpretation of psychotechnical and projective tests, head hunting, recruitment source strategies, job description of technical and behavioral positions, etc.

Laura has a degree in Industrial Relations (Universidad Argentina De La Empresa – UADE), she is also International Certified in Professional Coaching and she also has a doctorate degree in Psychology and neurosciences applied cognition. She is certified in diverse profile assessment tools: Bezinger Thinking Styles assessment, Hogan Assessment and Thomas International Assessment.
University professor at Universidad del CEMA in the MBA and at UADE in Organizational competencies Diploma course in the subject Human Resources Management. She performed in training and development areas of human resources in both companies and consultancy firms at global levels.
She is currently specializing in human resources advisory, executive coaching, university teaching, and course trainer in Companies.
She is a founder member and management team of SINA (Sociedad Iberoamericana de Neurociencias Aplicadas), organization dedicated to the research and dissemination of applied neurosciences.

Yamila has a degree in Human Resources (UBA). She has strong experience in recruitment of management profiles, middle management, professionals and technicians earned in the main global companies. She has been completing training about social media for recruiters and selection by capabilities.
She joint Adecco in 2007 as recruiter assistant and she developed her professional career till she was promoted to be Responsible of Recruitment for one of the Business Units.
She moved her professional career forward in Arcos Dorados, where she worked 5 years as Recruitment and Employment Referent not only for operations area but also for the staff. She developed successful programs in this position, and she led recruitment processes for openings all over the country, she was also the responsible for designing and implementation of the employment strategy for the company.
Alejandro is an IT Analyst graduated from Instituto de Tecnología ORT and he has also a degree in Information Technology from Universidad C.A.E.C.E.. He is licensed in PMP from Project Management Institute (PMI) and he manages a wide variety of languages concerning programming.
He has been working as software developer and IT Project manager for more than 20 years in both private and governmental scope.
At the same time, he also coordinates the career of IT Analyst and he is a professor at Instituto de Tecnología ORT.
He is a creative, proactive and persistent person, adaptable to changes and continuous improvement; he is always seeking for new alternatives and ideas. He is high skilled in managing interpersonal relations, he has high leadership capability and high accountability sense before our customers.

Ana is a certified Public Accountant graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires. She has also a post graduate degree in Marketing (Universidad de Palermo) and in University-Trained Teaching (UADE). She attended courses of the Executive Program of Company Direction, Personal Management of Investments, and Management Coaching (UCEMA).
She is actually performing as advisor and facilitator about financing and management issues for financial entities, teaching institutes and global companies.
She is an associate professor at Facultad de Ciencias Económicas (UBA), at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) and former head professor in Universidad de Palermo. She is also a trainer in accounting Olympic Games and competencies of Strategic decision making, at high school. She was also the academic coordinator of Central Bank Economic and Financial Literacy Program in Argentina.
