JONATHAN KIERSZENOWICZ

Jonathan has a degree in Labor Relations (UBA) and is an International Coach certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He began his professional career in organizations linked to the socio-educational sector, such as the Sociedad Hebraica Argentina and the secondary school “Martín Buber” developing responsibilities related to the area of non-formal education and coordination of community leaders.

He then moved to the business world, performing different positions within the corporate university in Tenaris (Techint Group). There, he implemented projects for professional and contract staff in Talent management: global policies and procedures, management dashboards and indicators, evaluation of training effectiveness, learning management systems (LMS), design of educational materials and methodologies, to name a few.

At the same time, he worked as a teacher in the area of university graduates (University of Buenos Aires) and as a corporate trainer in topics related to human resources and management skills. He is currently part of the teaching team at the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (UCES).

ESTEBAN SCHEJTER

Esteban has a degree in Business Administration (UBA) with postgraduate studies in Marketing and Management Development (UCA). He started his professional career in 2005 and in 2006 he joined Telecom through the “Jovenes Profesionales” program to work in the Large Clients area as Key Account Manager managing one of Telecom’s top 3 portfolios made up of large retail chains.

He then continued his corporate development in American Express as Global Account Manager in the Global Commercial Card area, managing the most important American Express account in Argentina and Latin America, Techint Group. He was in charge of the renegotiation process of the global contract between both parties in 2011.

During the last 3 years he was Business Line Director at Adecco Professional, the structure of the multinational consulting firm Adecco specialized in the marketing and selection of professionals, middle and top management. He collaborated in the startup of the structure and its positioning in the market based on the communication, segmentation, and pricing policy. He managed the recruitment process for General Managers, HR Managers and Directors, Financial Managers and Directors, etc.
